Superdecor's product was premium — the brand looked like a contractor. Enquiries were slow, showroom conversion was low, and the founders were forced to compete on price.
We rebuilt the brand from the ground up: a refined identity system, a slower and more considered voice, an editorial website that presented rooms like stories, and a print collateral system for the showroom.
Enquiries doubled within three months. Average project size grew as buyers self-selected into a higher tier, and Superdecor stopped competing on price altogether.
